Equipment

  • 1 colander
  • 1 liquid measuring cup
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar-free spiced cider

Instructions

  • Mix 1 envelope of sugar-free spiced cider mix with 1 cup of water. Stir to dissolve the mix.
  • Measure out the blueberries, place in the colander, and rinse. Add the frozen blueberries to the blender.
  • Measure out the raspberries, place in the colander, and rinse. Add the frozen raspberries to the blender.
  • Add the yogurt, and the apple cider to the blender.
  • Pulse and blend the ingredients. I sometimes have to take the lid off and push the ingredients around a bit with a long-handled spoon for adequate blending.
  • Pour into cups and serve immediately.
