Mix 1 envelope of sugar-free spiced cider mix with 1 cup of water. Stir to dissolve the mix.
Measure out the blueberries, place in the colander, and rinse. Add the frozen blueberries to the blender.
Measure out the raspberries, place in the colander, and rinse. Add the frozen raspberries to the blender.
Add the yogurt, and the apple cider to the blender.
Pulse and blend the ingredients. I sometimes have to take the lid off and push the ingredients around a bit with a long-handled spoon for adequate blending.
