2 1 quart jars of salsa 64 ounces total of salsa 1 15 ounce can of corn undrained 1/2-1 pound ground beef cumin, chili powder, salt, minced garlic to taste, optional shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or tortilla chips optional toppings
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the cooked ground beef to your crockpot.
Pour in the salsa and the can of corn (including the liquid).
Stir everything together, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Serve hot and top with optional toppings of shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or tortilla chips if desired.
