Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl with a lid, if possible
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-ounce can deli ham smaller is okay if you can't find that size
  • 1 16-ounce jar dill pickles can be store-bought or homemade
  • 2 8-ounce bricks cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in one to two tablespoons of the pickle juice when doing this.
  • Chop the pickles and chop the ham.
  • Fold the chopped pickles and chopped ham into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add more pickle juice if needed until you have the consistency you want for dipping.
  • Chill until ready to eat (about 30 minutes).
  • Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetable sticks.
