Start your day with a strawberry banana and blueberry smoothie! This healthy smoothie blends fruit and nonfat yogurt. The perfect sugar free breakfast smoothie!
1 strawberry huller optional, but it’s inexpensive and easy to use
1 liquid measuring cup for the apple juice
1 blender
Ingredients
1cupfresh strawberriesrinsed, hulled, and halved
2cupsfrozen blueberries
1frozen bananapeel it before you freeze it
¼cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
1cupsugar-free spiced apple cider mix
Instructions
Rinse, hull, and halve the strawberries.
Measure out the blueberries, place in the colander, and rinse.
Mix 1 envelope of sugar-free spiced cider mix with 1 cup of water.
Place the berries, the banana (broken into chunks), the yogurt, and the apple cider in a blender.
Pulse and blend the ingredients. I sometimes have to take the lid off and push the ingredients around a bit with a long-handled spoon for adequate blending.
Pour into cups and serve immediately. Makes 4 cups. Enjoy!
