It keeps kids busy during a party! If you have ever organized a party for kids, you know that keeping them busy and engaged in productive ways is HUGE. For this recipe, you only need a few ingredients, and kids will easily be able to make their own. These mini pumpkin pies don’t even need to be baked. Where to Find the Supplies

Although I have pictures of the items available on Amazon, you will probably be able to find them at your local grocery store. In my area, Fred Meyer (also known as Kroger) is my best bet for locating all of the ingredients in one place. I always purchase more than I think I’ll need. If I have leftover ingredients, I make the mini pumpkin pies for my family.

Ingredients for Each Mini Pumpkin Pie

1 vanilla pudding cup

1 tablespoon Libby’s Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix (spices already added)

1 Keebler mini graham cracker pie crust

1 squirt of whipped cream

Additional Supplies

Napkins or paper towels

Plastic spoons

Instructions for Each Mini Pumpkin Pie

Give each child a plastic spoon and a napkin or paper towel (or two). Distribute one pudding cup to each child and have them remove the plastic or foil covering. (If the child wants to eat a bite of the pudding, that’s okay. There will be more room for stirring in the mini pumpkin pie filling.) Have an adult drop a tablespoon of Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix into each pudding cup. Have kids stir the pumpkin pie mix into their pudding. Give each child one mini graham cracker pie crust. Keep each crust in its foil dish. Have each child spoon their pumpkin pie mixture into their crust. They can smooth and spread the mix with their spoon until they like the looks of it. Have an adult walk around and give each child a squirt of whipped cream. Have the kids eat and enjoy their mini pumpkin pie!

Adding Decorative Touches

Chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles would be fun to add on top of the whipped cream. Drizzles of chocolate syrup or caramel sauce would be excellent additions as well.

Chocolate chips or a maraschino cherry would be great on top. You can probably think of many more ideas for toppings!

Reduced Sugar Variation

For a reduced sugar variation of this recipe, you could use sugar-free pudding cups

Easy No Bake Mini Pumpkin Pies for a Crowd

If you like making these mini pumpkin pies in the pudding cups, but you want to make the recipe for a group of people for a dinner or tea party, here is what to do. For a gathering of twelve, here are the ingredients:

Ingredients for No Bake Mini Pumpkin Pies for a Group

2 packs of 6-count mini graham cracker crusts

3 packs of 4-count vanilla snack pack pudding (you could also use 4 cups of instant vanilla pudding mixed from a box)

12 tablespoons of Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix

1 spray can of whipped topping

Instructions for No Bake Mini Pumpkin Pies for a Group

In a large mixing bowl, mix the pudding and pumpkin pie filling together. Fill each mini pie crust with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the mixture. If you are serving right away, top each mini no bake pumpkin pie with a squirt of whipped topping. If you are making these ahead of time, refrigerate until ready to serve, then top with the whipped topping and enjoy!
